Membership in our In-House Dental Savings Plan is available to all patients who do not currently have dental insurance. After payment of an annual fee of $100.00 you will receive 20% off of our usual and customary fee.
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the discounted fee.

Coverage is in effect for one calendar year. Coverage begins when membership has been paid in full. Members will be notified for membership renewal.
Appointment times are limited, and it is the responsibility of the member to schedule appropriate visits.
